Lagoi Bay

In order to meet demand for more keys in Bintan Resorts and

to achieve its target of 1 million visitors by 2015, Gallant Venture

has embarked on the development of a 1,300ha Lagoi

Bay site.

Centrally located along the picturesque beachfront on the

northern part of Bintan Island, Lagoi Bay is nestled between

internationally renowned resorts like Banyan Tree Bintan and

Club Med Bintan. The prime tropical beach development is

designed to complete the continuum of resort facilities on the

coastline and will encompass resorts, residential and commercial

properties as well as a wide spectrum of recreational

facilities.

At the centre of this development will be the Lagoi Beach

Village, a landmark activity and lifestyle hub which will be the

new “heart” of Bintan.

By 2015, visitors will be welcomed at Bintan Resorts’ enlarged

ferry terminal and new private international airport.

They will enjoy new resort facilities and can partake in a myriad

new F&B and shopping experiences, exciting new sporting

activities and party by the beach.

For investors, a wide range of investment options are

available, and choices can be made according to their commitments

and investment horizons.

BEYOND 2015

Beyond Lagoi Bay, there are even greater opportunities to

showcase Bintan as a large-scale eco-development which integrates

commercially attractive urban solutions with the island’s

natural component. With this in mind, Gallant Ventures

has worked with its knowledge partner, Fundacion Metropoli,

to develop a Bintan Eco-Island vision for the future.

The proposal for this project is inspired by the natural qualities

of the island which act as a framework for all future developments.

The “new” Bintan will be characterised by the abundance

of experiences offered. Whether urban or rural, exciting

or relaxing, business or pleasure, the new vision of Bintan

Eco-Island will be transformed into a collection of overlapping

natural.
